Handle response from getTeamraiserResultsData API method when job ID specified is in progress

Currently the getTeamraiserResultsData method returns the same error response if the job ID provided is either in progress or invalid. As of the November release of Luminate Online, this will no longer be true -- a job that is in progress will return a distinct response. The uploader will need to be updated to handle this new response.
