Branch Name: feat/setup-database

Description

Add quantumix-db project at server/db, includes dependency surrealdb with rocksdb feature enabled.

Another hand, I think this may should make a poll for this, what should surrealdb work by? Embedded or make surrealdb standalone?

Expected Effect

Able to create, delete and update data in surrealdb.
