We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. One additional thing to discuss is the meeting next week. Due to OpenJS World I don't think either of us will be available to chair. The question is if we should cancel or try to find another chair?

Startup performance:

• Landed https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/3616553 to improve memory safety of the custom snapshots but later reverted it due to regressions - working on a reland.
• Also opened https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issues/detail?id=12921 to discuss about possible solutions to ensure memory safety of read-only snapshots in V8. Continuing work on this issue.
• mkcodecache is gone after bootstrap: include code cache in the embedded snapshot node#43023, the code cache is now part of Node.js's custom snapshot.
