Certification does not require a vote unless someone on TSC opposes this action. I propose leaving this open until the next TSC meeting and, if no one opposes it, deem it passed via consensus assuming sufficient TSC members provide 👍 (and 👀 ) reactions such that it would pass if it were a vote.

Additionally, this might be a good time to remind people that the moderation team is looking for more volunteers, especially ones that increase its geographic coverage and diversity. If you know anyone who would be a good fit please ask them to self nominate.
Checking the process, a vote or discussion isn't required only for this to be open for a while only consensus, as this has 6 TSC LGTMs and no objections it's fine to save everyone a few minutes in the meeting (like last year) and to close this.

TSC folks: React with 👍 to support this proposal, 👎 to oppose it, and 👀 to abstain/express neutrality. Thanks!
