Initiative #507 — Preparing questions for annual survey

Hi folks… based on discussions from last meeting #537, it was the rather popular heading to try to land a few question in the coming survey that can help us better navigate a path of bootstrapping an initiative that is appropriate with its intentions.

• Figure out the timeline — ie cutoff to add questions

• Put together questions

Update — Final revision took place during an open zoom session Nov11 1-2 pm CT Recording to be presented in the next Community Committee meeting.

• Revise the questions

  It boils down to the most critical data we need, and that is a single two-part question:
