In the charter #5, it is mentioned that the responsibility of this group is to provide feedback to the TSC, which is amazing!

What can we (@nodejs/tsc) expect from this group? A quarterly email/report, a presentation, or just a meeting?

That will depend on what this group decides once it fully forms. If there are specific format we as the TSC feel would be most valuable, we can make suggestions.
