This list lines up very closely with the most-translated languages for Electron. 👍

I see just one missing: Filipino 🇵🇭(4th most popular Electron language; currently 89% translated)

actually, I ordered them in the order of languages most visited on the website firstly followed by the electron ones 😛

Just to point out: zh-TW has its repo at nodejs/nodejs-zh-TW, though they're not maintained in last 3 years. Actually zh-CN group is in a similar state.
