I've made an lts-agenda label in node-v0.x-archive and shifted nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#25877 and nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#25784 to that.

I'm not sure if I can make it today. Heartfelt apologies if I don't.

Also, @jasnell sends his regrets.

Almost certainly won't make it.

I do have a concert regarding the Umbrella Program: we need to be very conservative about taking new top-level code projects in. (I'm against taking any non-directly core code projects in for now, i.e. no gulp w/o extremely thorough review.)

Right now we're designing it in such a way that we can take a broad set of projects. We can take applications from a number of projects and then the TSC can review them and, based on the number of mentors available, decide which projects will come in during the first round. As those projects incubate and eventually become TLDs we'll get more mentors out of them and be able to take on more projects.

Your concerns are totally reasonable but I think they are part of the initial project acceptance phase, not the design of the process which is what we're trying to approve now.

@mikeal Right, so long as we message it clearly that this isn't even remotely a dumping ground, I'm fine.

We ended up canceling the call due to low TSC members attendance.
