Original issue: CommComm #316
Further discussed in CommComm #438, see notes under heading: Should CommComm own the Node.js Foundation website?

This needs discussion in regular meeting.

Goals: find consensus to inform decisions for the technical implementation that is underway.

Discussion in CommComm #447 included how in the merged $Foundation, projects will need to coordinate is some way to maintain current information about their project on the main Foundation Website. To be clear, currently this Foundation Website (https://foundation.nodejs.org/) is distinct from (https://nodejs.org/).
