Installation of noir_js results in:

Couldn't find any versions for "@noir-lang/noirc_abi" that matches "workspace:*"

Seems like this might be to do with the fact that we use npm publish rather than publishing through yarn. npm wouldn't support yarn workspaces so it's not automatically rewiring these dependencies.
