Update "Calling functions on generic parameters" section in the Docs

On the Generics page of our docs, we currently have this section:

As Traits were introduced, we should update the section accordingly.

Happy Case

@jfecher suggested updating it with a small example on using trait bounds on generics and link to the larger traits page.
