Handle Honk recursive aggregation in NoirJS

Problem

After #5656 NoirJS will be compatible with UltraHonk. However, only proving and verification was included in that PR. We should add support for recursive aggregation as that is supported in UltraHonk.

Happy Case

We should have the same test that we have in onchain_recursive_verification.test.ts for UltraPlonk for UltraHonk.
