Add UltraHonk integration tests using a Solidity verifier in NoirJS

Problem

We added tests for e2e proving and verification of UltraHonk in NoirJS. We have tests as part of barretenberg that test the UltraHonk solidity verifier, but these do not exist in NoirJS.

Happy Case

We should have the same tests under onchain_recursive_verification.test.ts for UltraHonk as we do for UltraPlonk.
