Heuristic improvement: don't paren-wrap lazy-require()d modules #48

Steps to implement this:

  1. Identify webpack/browserify bundles
  2. Identify top-level require()s vs non-top-level, e.g. if (foo) { require('module') }
  3. Paren-wrap only top-level require()s.
