Not able to run the application

Hey, I am not able to run the application.
I spent a lot of time (days) trying to get the application running, but it shows multiple errors at each and every step.
Can you please help me, with writing step-by-step instructions (short and brief) on how to get this to run.
-> I already downgraded my node, to version 6
-> after somehow installing all the dependencies, when I use npm start, it gives this one error,
Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'Buffer' has already been declared

Please help me with it.

@aryannewyork It's been some time since I ran this project. It likely needs a number of dependency updates. I'll try to take a look at it this week and see if I can't get it running again.
