[Feature] Add api-version parameter to OpenAI compatible models #3354

Feature Request

Azure OpenAI requires api-version parameter to be set in order to access modern models such as gpt-4o-2024-08-06 or o1:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/reference#rest-api-versioning

Please add it to either model creation dialog or to the model settings.
