Low Impressions Despite High Ad Requests

I am experiencing an issue with the performance of my ads. Specifically, my ad requests for my app 'Map Mod Bussid have reached 5,707, yet I have only received 418 impressions in last 24 hours (just an example)

it shows no fill error almost every time

Before two month ago, everything was working fine, and I was consistently getting at least half of the impressions relative to the ad requests.

However, the recent drop in impressions is significantly impacting my revenue and user experience. Could you please help me understand why the impression rate has dropped so drastically?

I have ensured that my placements are properly implemented and compliant with Facebook's policies.

If there are any specific optimizations or changes I need to make, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
