Using a Samsung "Galaxy J3 Luna Pro" Android version 7.0, clicking the link from within the phone's native "Messages" app opens the URL in a web browser, instead of opening the app that's installed on the phone.
In contrast, the link works correctly using a different messaging app. I downloaded & installed "Signal Private Messenger" on my phone. Then, by clicking on the link from within Signal, it opens the app installed on the phone, as expected.
Is there a known issue with this plugin not working with Samsung's native "Messages" app (version 4.0.14)? Any feedback is very much appreciated!

😢 We are not using nordnet/cordova-universal-links-plugin anymore, and we lack the manpower and the experience needed to maintain it. We are aware of the inconveniece that this may cause you. Feel free to use it as is, or create your own fork.
