Works until uploading to app store on iOS

I've used this plugin for years, and suddenly it won't work when I upload the ipa to the App Store using xcode 11.

I can "Run" the app on a real device, and app links work fine. As soon as I upload it, it no longer works in Test Flight.

The Distribution cert is the one I've used before, and Associated Domains is enabled on it.

Any ideas why this is happening?
