Gear Icon has changed

The gear icon has been changed to a circle with three dots inside of it. This should be reflected in the documentation.

I guess there are now even more screenshots that might not fit the latest macOS redesign anymore, e.g. the tab bar and overall button appearance. Almost all UI elements were changed.
I guess the documentation should still be understandable for users.

Even though “Bug Sur“ is the latest version, there are still many users that haven't updated (including myself for various compatibility reasons) and the “old“ design was used for many years so the current screenshots are familiar for users.

I guess from time to time most users will update. Maybe Apple will try to push it forward to get rid of “old“ design issues and the next macOS versions will also use the new design.
I'll leave this issue open so this can be done later on, but at the moment I don't see need to update this yet.
