Enhance Outdated UX Patterns

We should enhance Outdated UX Patterns to include solutions and UX insight.

User Experience should be a new top-level item

Accordions and Tabs - accordions and tab panes, when used to contain sub-pages, can impede usability. This is tricky to avoid. The developer can add behavior to capture the state in a URL as a sub-page. This way, the original intent - to expand the available display space and reduce clutter on the page - is preserved. The content is hidden until called for, but still accessible for sharing. If the accordion/tabs module can adapt to screen width, then the content is fully experienced on any device/screen.
