gossip: build & runtime errors on linux

Known issues on linux:

• Runtime error: NoGlutinConfigs.
  • Fix: brew install gtk+3 brew install mesa
  • Ref: NoGlutinConfigs emilk/egui#3174
• Runtime error: [wayland-client error] A handler for wl_keyboard panicked
  • Fix: brew install libxkbcommon
• Cannot resize window due to winit/sctk error "Failed to set cursor" when mousing over edges. (WSL specific?)
  • Workaround: Run with environment variable WINIT_UNIX_BACKEND="x11"
  • Ref: XDG Settings Portal did not return response in time emilk/egui#3061
• Fails to build with ffmpeg support due to some pkg-config error.
  • Workaround: Install pkg-config with system package manager.
• Fails to build with ffmpeg support due to bindgen error: "Unable to find libclang"
  • Workaround? Build with bindgen feature static (untested)
  • Ref: Unable to find libclang: "the libclang shared library rust-lang/rust-bindgen#2360
