An internal b/333991947 bug report says when setting Android's system language as Korean and typing anywhere. (ex. Messages, Chrome) then styling it with NotoSansCJK-Regular.ttc and NotoSerifCJK-Regular.ttc you see a wrong glyph shape.

On GF, it seems there is in JP TC SC and not in the KO specific build of noto;

And I see there's a Korean specific character related to it (per https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+7C7B),

So, should probably should in the KO font, with the same structure as its half-width form in left side of .

I didn't check the TTCs yet.

This character isn't in KS X 1002 which is one reason there's no K glyph in the font.

Great - then let's consider this blocked on the OT1.x 64k glyph limit and circle back when the OT2 version is undeway :)
