Description

Due to some cases described bellow it would be nice to have a settings in order to Enable\Disable auto discovery for multisigs and proxies.

Some cases where I would like to disable auto discovery:

spam attack.
when someone wants to spam my address with multisigs or proxies with new wallets
old accounts
my old accounts with multisigs which I do not want to see again
decrease network activity
In case I already have all necessary wallets and I don't want to add new ones to reduce network activity
