In a larger organization it could be useful to collect ADR files from different projects (maintained by different teams) and 'publish' them on some central WEB portal for visibility.

It'd be easier to test this out by hosting sibling adr directories in the same project, since a few problems I am struggling with appear there too. How do sibling ADRs supersede one another? If a parent is used, would a superseded ADR mandate a blanket judgement against all other subordinate ADRs to supersede identical decisions as well?
It might help if existing precedent were consulted since I'm noticing some similarities on the surface.
