Density correction file with same name bug

Describe the bug
If you place a density correction file in egs_home with the same name as one in hen_house, but with different atomic composition, the code crashes during pegs initialization. The error message is not intuitive.

Expected behavior
Better error message, or just use the density correction file from egs_home
