Option not working using heat map #70

When I am using the heat map visualization the Place markers off grid (use geocentroid) option has no effect but it works when the type of visualization is one of the others such as Scaled circles markers.

This has the effect to show the data on the map like a grid. See screenshot:

Is this a bug or it is supposed to work like this?
