To reproduce:

  1. In the Android app, go to the WORKOUT tab
  2. Start a workout by pressing DO WORKOUT
  3. Press the E-stop button on the treadmill
  4. Press DO WORKOUT
  5. Observe that the treadmill does not start

Can also replace 4. with:
Go to CONTROLS tab
Press START
Observe that the treadmill does not start
