[Potential Bug] JSON fallback is not used #107

Describe the bug
If the JSON from the official JSON endpoint cannot be parsed, then we expect that the fallback is used from our git repo: https://github.com/nroi/archlinux-mirrors-status-fallback but this does not seem to work.
