reproduce steps:

get notification on android
see the icon on notification bar

currently QA found only Oppo device have this issue, Pixel 5 is normal.
Device: Oppo reno6Z

User story

As a capture app user, I want the app icon should be consistently no matter iOS or android, so that I don't feel weird.
