As a Capture App users, I can have consistent name for Capture Credits(Points), so that I can understand what reward I get.

goal of 22.10.24: set firebase local environment for storage development.

Just set firebase local environment for storage development. And the implementation can be done in future sprint because there's not enough time today. Now:
Created a test project on https://console.firebase.google.com/ ( https://console.firebase.google.com/ ).
Set up a simple web app from https://github.com/kokanek/firebase-react-notifications/tree/master/fire_client ( https://github.com/kokanek/firebase-react-notifications/tree/master/fire_client ) and edited firebaseConfig to apply project config.
Sent message on https://console.firebase.google.com/project/{project-id}/messaging.
The simple web app got notification successfully.

Future sprint:
Set up environment variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS in local storage backend to load account https://console.firebase.google.com/project/{project-id}
/settings/serviceaccounts/adminsdk.
And check if the notification sent from storage backend can be displayed in web app.
Then apply feature in this ticket.
