[FR] Captures list can be sortable and filterable

Please provide some simple steps to help us reproduce the issue or understand how do you want to see the feature.:

1. Go to user profile page
2. Go to CAPTURES tab
3. I should be able to filter and sort the captures

As a capture app user, I want captures list can be sortable and filterable so that I can find the specific asset efficiency.
