Update Capture Dashboard to support abstract and headline

[Update #1]

Users can edit the Capture, submit the abstract (caption) or headline of the Capture, and be notified that updates will happen on the blockchain and users will be charged 0.1 Credit.

Before implementing the feature, please provide the UX flow on Miro, discuss it with Kenny Hung and get the final approval from Tammy Yang.

Make sure Capture Cam ionic and Capture Cam iframe can show abstract and headline properly.
