Allow to opt-in for web notifications instead of / on top of mail notifications #280

Feature Request

I receive too many emails telling me I can access a new doc, with no way to turn these mail notifications off.

I would like to opt in for web notifications from within the app instead, perhaps activating mail notifications only when I need them.
