The agent is present in some branches but has never been released. Resolving this may simply involve making sure the right commits are present in main and go to release 3.18.0

NOTE TO FUTURE DEVS: PRs without attached issues are OK if it's some trivial thing you don't want to see in the release notes, which are created automatically. Alternatively, add the PR itself to the milestone, giving it a proper label, etc., but I think issues are better for most purposes.

Confirmed that the agent is present in main. Thanks to @mlessmann for doing this. It will be released with 3.18.
