Support loss redistribution

The protocol will lock if the total liquidity falls to more than yieldErrorMargin. This is intended behavior because the liquidity of the underlying tokens used in the protocol is never expected to suffer a major decrease, except in emergency situations like hacks, rug pulls, or misconfigurations leading to a major permanent loss of funds. To recover from the lock and redistribute the loss, further code development and contract upgrades are required.
