Kentico Kontent

The 'kentico-kontent-nuxt-module' is useful for those using Kentico Kontent as a headless CMS with Nuxt. Thought it might be a worthy addition to the list of CMS modules.

Currently, there are two modules for Kontent by Kentico:
Nuxt2: https://github.com/Domitnator/kentico-kontent-nuxt-module
Nuxt3: https://github.com/ondrabus/kontent-nuxt3-module
The version for Nuxt3 needs to be added to modules as a separate item.

Hi @ondrabus. Ideally, we should have one slug per integration and use different major versions for Nuxt3/bridge support. I will add this to official module author guide for nuxt3 but would be nice if you can consider this :)

Thanks for the info @pi0, the thing is, these modules have different authors :) I will discuss the ideal solution with the v2 plugin author.
