Uia in Word365: NVDA doesn't read list item number for empty item on last line of document

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Word with UIA enabled
2. Type 1. Hello, and press enter
3. Press up and down arrow
4. Type hello at the end of the last line of the document
5. Press up and down arrow

Actual behavior:

When performing step 3, NVDA does not read 2. for the second item in the list, whereas when the item contains content (step 5), it does read it. When performing step 4, the braille display has a ccursor at the start of the line, whereas when you start typing, 2. pops up out of nowhere at the start of the line.
Note that this only happens when the list item is on the last line of the document.

Expected behavior:

NVDA always shows the bullet or number of a list item, regardless whether the item is empty.
