Current npm package writes nwbuild file as DOS format #106

Tested on Ubuntu. The nwbuild file needs to be converted to unix format and the package needs to be republished in order to close #103.

$ sudo npm install node-webkit-builder -g

$ which nwbuild
/usr/bin/nwbuild

$ nano /usr/bin/nwbuild
