upgrade fail when frequent upgrade #8

after upgrade 60 times

./bcu upgrade -f
version bcu_1.1.24-0-g8515a61
now version bcu_1.1.24-0-g8515a61
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

This should be related to the GITHUB API rate limit.
https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/rate-limit#get-rate-limit-status-for-the-authenticated-user--code-samples

I think can add Authorization token when access API. or Use our bitbucket.
