A GUI for Watchlistarr would be useful, to allow users to change the Watchlistarr settings on a browser similar to Sonarr/Radarr.

As I have little frontend experience, this would be challenging for me, but happy for others to take a stab (with my support on the backend).

I've built a prototype API on this branch, if anybody's interested in trying to build a GUI, you can pull that branch to get a working API
