Current Behavior

Windows/POSIX (with ncurses): NZBGet prints crappy characters to the console if the string contains Unicode symbols.
Windows:

  • not possible to use nzb file with Unicode characters in its name if it's added via terminal.
  • Python path on the STATUS page is displayed incorrectly if it contains Unicode characters.

Expected Behavior

There should be no such issues with Unicode.
