Pools and snapshots

Hello,
I've made a manual pool in statefull mode.
I would like that the users will be able to make snapshot of their VM.
When a user take a VM from the pool, the "UserRole" role is affected on the VM.
The problem is that the UserRole doesn't permit snapshot.

Two questions :

• is it possible to configure the default role affected when a user take a VM ?
• if not possible, is there another way to allow users make snapshot from their VM issued from a pool ?
