Multiple instances of text in the modal (Upload file(s), Share with, Visibility) provide insufficient contrast at a ratio of 4.44:1 using the current gray text (#777). This can easily be fixed by either darkening the text slightly (#686868) or by using the same color as other text in the modal (#666).
