Yes, I am doing a fresh install on CentOS 7, currently it seems have conflicts when yum install intel-oneapi-dal-*-2021.1.1 @xwu99

I see. Let's use oneapi 2021.1 offline installer to build oap 1.1 release. From next release, we will verify and upgrade to oneapi 2021.2.
