The Oasis Contracts SDK supports the query handle (https://github.com/oasisprotocol/oasis-sdk/blob/main/contract-sdk/src/contract.rs). Similar to the call handle, Oasis CLI should support interacting with it, e.g.:

oasis contracts query <instance-id> <data-yaml> [flags]
