Suggested by @aultac & @jvkrogmeier on 1/22/21. We should have some way to notify the developers/operators if the isoblue is not turning on/not connecting/not operating correctly. There were several ideas thrown around including automated statistical analysis (ML?) triggered emails, notifications through grafana, etc
