Purpose

Write that this patent is for EO, not exactly for Java.

Add "btw" that the technique can be applied to Java.

Otherwise:

• the reviewers with huge Java experience may reject the application because "Java cannot be improved"
• we'll will have to compete with patents for Java

Rules

For patent, we would need one non-generic rule. Some rule that performs a non-trivial optimization to include it into patent proposal.
