Options

1. Deploy metrics page for a PR in a subdirectory on the gh-pages branch
   • Create subdirectories for each release version
2. Use Job summaries (link).
   • Add --job-summary option that generates a report without css and js
     • job summaries don't allow css and js and show them as text under the table
   • Before the table, explain its elements
   • List expected metrics changes
