Connected to my AP but no connection !

I have a big problem in Archlinux.

when I run create_ap, it works fine for about 10 seconds and after that it kinda stop.

my phone is connected to the AP but no connection!

I"ve noticed some things, when I run iwconfig here's the outputs:
